Terms of service
1. Who you're dealing with
John Pantelopoulos, sole trader, ABN 29 480 868 567, based in Australia. Contact: [email protected]. These terms apply when you buy a review, whether you pay by card or by invoice.
2. Business customers only
The service is for businesses. By buying, you confirm you are buying for a business, not as a consumer.
3. What you get
A one-off review of the clinic's public advertising, checked against the published UK guidance on advertising prescription-only medicines (CAP Code rule 12.12 and the ASA's related advice). The review covers:
- Your website: up to 25 pages, chosen to cover treatment, price, offer and blog pages.
- Your Google Business Profile.
- Your Instagram bio, highlights and most recent 30 posts.
You receive a PDF listing each flagged item, where it appears, the guidance it relates to, and draft replacement wording. Questions about the report are answered by email for 30 days after delivery.
4. Price and payment
£295, paid in full before work starts. No UK VAT is charged. If you are VAT registered, the reverse charge applies and you account for any VAT due.
5. Delivery
The report is delivered by email within 5 UK working days of payment and receipt of your website address, Instagram handle and clinic name. If something outside my control delays it, I'll tell you as soon as I know.
6. What the review is, and isn't
- It is not legal advice. Each item links to the published guidance it relates to; how that guidance applies to your clinic, and what you change, is your decision.
- Replacement wording is a draft. I don't promise that any wording will be accepted by any regulator, platform or complainant.
- The review reflects your public pages on the dates I check them.
- Removing product names can reduce search traffic for those names. I make no promise about search rankings or bookings.
- I'm not affiliated with the ASA, CAP, MHRA or any regulator.
7. Confidentiality
I don't share your report or its findings with anyone, including any regulator, unless the law requires it.
8. Refunds
- If I find fewer than 3 items to flag, I refund the full £295.
- If you cancel before I start the review, I refund the full £295.
- Once the report is delivered, the fee is non-refundable except under the first point above.
9. Liability
My total liability arising from the service is limited to the fee you paid. I'm not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost bookings or reduced search traffic. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
